Individual Therapy

It is quite common in our fast-paced, competitive New York City culture, that we lose our connection to our deepest feelings and values. We are so busy taking care of our daily obligations and other people, that we can lose sight of what is most important to us. 

 

This can lead to a great deal of anxiety, feelings of disconnection and depression, as well as difficulty making decisions. A general sense of feeling ill-at-ease is not uncommon. For many of us, as emotions get triggered, we feel anxious, and we naturally find ways to push away feelings when they are experienced as overwhelming and scary. 

 

We will discover the messages that your emotions are reflecting about what is deeply important to you as you pay attention inwardly, noticing how you feel in your body and in your heart.  

 

During individual therapy, in a safe and non-judgmental space, you can take some time to pay attention inside. My goal is to help you reconnect with your intuition and deeper feelings so that you find clarity and a sense of calm and ease as you feel more focused and relaxed in your daily life.
