My approach to therapy is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and Individuals (iceeft.com), as well as by EDT—The Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapies. Both approaches are experiential, which means that therapy focuses on your emotional experience rather than on descriptions of stories and events.
In general, these philosophies include the belief that by focusing on your inherent strengths, together we can figure out what obstacles are creating roadblocks to emotional health and vitality.
